NPS: Strategic Plan

At Northstar Psychological Services (NPS), we strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of all projects. We strive not only for our executive staff to know and understand our mission and goals, but for every NPS employee to also be engaged in our mission and carry it through during our day-to-day business interactions with our referral partners and consumers.

NPS agrees upon and articulates our vision, mission, values, and strategies to all staff so every member of the NPS team can invest and participate in their achievements. NPS has established a strategic framework to ensure significant success, and we are uniquely positioned to provide critically necessary services that support the behavioral and physical health of the communities that we serve.

NPS seeks to continue to distinguish ourselves in becoming the premier provider of counseling services in the metro-Atlanta area, and throughout the state of Georgia. We are constantly seeking to improve our infrastructure and organization to better serve our consumers. We continue to expand our services into schools, via a partnership with Atlanta Public Schools (APS), Cobb County Schools, and Marietta City Schools. We are streamlining our documentation process and the methods by which we measure treatment outcomes, as well as expanding the number of specialties offered by our clinicians, in order to best serve the community.

NPS offers a substantial resource to consumers in the community, as we work to provide consumers with the necessary skills to improve their lives. We provide personalized and competent service, with an emphasis on improving the quality of life for all those that we serve. By consistently and constantly improving our service provision, we provide our consumers with excellent and thoughtful treatment, and remain the definitive choice in counseling services in metro-Atlanta and in the state of Georgia.
